Please contact us so we can create a new account for you. Include the year and name under which you previously completed the Basic Skills Course. And be sure to let us know you're planning to take the Refresher Course!

Purchasing the Refresher Course for someone else?

Contact us with the name and email address of the transcriber. We'll follow up with them directly so they can complete the application.
