Who may license the TypeWell transcribing software?

We don't allow just anyone to provide real-time transcription services using the TypeWell software! We are adamant that consumers be able to count on a high level of quality from TypeWell services. As such, the TypeWell transcribing software can be used only by individuals who have successfully completed our transcriber training program (i.e., the Basic Skills Course).

The TypeWell software can only be licensed by trained transcribers or their employers. The purchase of a TypeWell software license conveys the right for one or more trained transcriber(s) to use that software, subject to the end-user license agreement. The copy of the software that goes with that license may be installed on only one computer at a time.
