TypeWell no longer offers open, individual payment plans or financial assistance for Basic Skills Course enrollment.
As of November 2025, all Basic Skills Course trainees must have a confirmed sponsor (such as a school, university, agency, or employer) that provides a clear pathway to employment and/or structured mentoring after training.
In some cases, a sponsor may support a candidate’s participation without covering the training fee. In those situations, the candidate may be responsible for paying the course fee, but sponsorship remains required in all cases. Unsponsored, self-pay enrollment is not available.
If you previously saw information about open self-pay enrollment or flexible payment plans, that policy has been retired.
